# Private Auctions

Exclusive auctions for rare items, held every few weeks.

<p align="center">Every few weeks we hold a <strong>Private Auction</strong>, where rare and exclusive items go up for bidding. Some of these items can't be found anywhere else on the server.</p>

## 📣 When are they?

Private Auctions don't follow a set schedule. They pop up every few weeks, and each one is announced on our [Discord](https://discord.gg/G48XBcSNk4). The announcement tells you:

* 📅 the date and time (AEST)
* 💰 the **minimum balance** you need to get in
* 🎁 what kind of items are up for auction

## 🎟️ Getting in

To take part, you need to have at least the **minimum balance** for that auction in your account.

The minimum changes from auction to auction, so check the announcement. It's always a serious amount of money, so start saving early!

## 🏷️ How it works

### Turn up on time

Be online and ready when the auction starts. Items go up one at a time.

### Bid

Bid with your in-game money. The highest bid when an item closes wins it.

### Pay and collect

Winners pay their bid and receive the item. Make sure you can actually cover what you bid.
